On the eve of the start of the new season in handball Super league,
that would begin no soon. Sport.ua decided to find out abоut transfers
and trainings of «Аviator» for the season and turned to the director of club Eugene Petrushevskaya:
- Hello, Eugene! What is new in «Аviator» with players last time?

For today we sighed two players. First – Sergei Rusinov, was playing in
the Russian championship last season. His team Piter «University
Lesgaft - Neva» took second place at Super league. The second –
experienced player «Portovic» Andrei Abramov. Andrei student of the
Kiev school SKA, so we can say he is our kid cause «Аviator» is Club
successor SKA.
Also the talks with two more players are almost
over,
those players already played in Europe – in Spain and Polish leagues.
We are not able to say second name of our possible players with the
reason do not brake contract. Let us wait till the next week when they
will arrive for checking and if everything would work out - the
contract would be sighed.
All
that is very good but the main moment that we are worried about - is
the absence of rules and regulations about caring out handball
championship of Ukraine . Today is August 11th, but we still do not know when championship will begin, we do not know the calendar!
Years
ago in the end of July was club leaders meeting and was discussing
regulation, were known provisions of caring championship, something was
fixed and in the beginning of the August were given all necessary
material ,that look like books, to the club.
- How do you like system of caring out the championship?
- I still do not understand, why we are still playing same system that for 18 years offers UHF . This is experience of 80th!
It
is time to start a system of drawing for rising championship quality
level . Before start of championship we should gather all
representatives of clubs and pass draw calendar for making everybody be
in same rules! Nowadays system let UHF «representatives» to «sigh» who
and how would take some place. It is killing intrigue! This system is
perfect for the people who takes leading positions so nobody wants to
change it.
We have 8 clubs for today, who have equal compositions and they
can claim for first three places that would add intrigue to our
championship but … if everything stay the same than intrigue would dye
before championship begin. Look, drawing works in lots of kind of
sports also in popular soccer and basketball in Ukraine.
Every year Ukrainian handball is going lower and lower. See
even at elementary things – site UHF. It does not work! Neither the
club nor the fans could not gather for themselves at least some
information. We do not know nether rules, no provisions, no project
calendar. All this is very sad…
Today Ukrainian Handball federation depends from clubs.
They get salaries from the club contributions. There is no one sponsor
in UHF,
there is no one financial partner! This is nonsense! If you would go to
some other site of European federation – there are thousands partners!
Beginning from the Air Transportation and ending autocenter. People who
works at UHF do not know how to create product that calls «Handball»
and profitably sell it. Budget of the Federation is about 500 thousand
hrn per year, budget for salary – 400 thousand hrn! What kind of
development on the 100,000 can be involved? What kid`s competitions is
possible to organize for this money? People do not work. They just live
for salary from the club, аlso trying to dictate its rules club. Clubs
have to dictate their rules to Federation and all contributions should
be spent on the development of handball, and not on salaries!
