Judge has certain rights and responsibilities аnd the main – responsibilities for result of the match is result of honest game, but not judge`s fault, it does not matter – accidental or intentional.
Mr. Vakula with Arbitration of EHF court decision from 22.07.2009, was suspendet from his resposibilities like judge of EHF and released from all functions and activities, related to international competitions in handball for a period of 4 years!
